Delete your Oneiros account

You can delete your account and everything we keep about you at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

  1. 1Open Oneiros and go to Account → Settings.
  2. 2Tap Delete account and confirm.
  3. 3Your account and everything we keep about you are deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to davidmarinangeli.dev@gmail.com from the email address of your account, asking us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your account (email, name, sign-in method).
  • All your dreams, readings, symbol notes, the dream thread and drawn cards.
  • Your subscription status and moonstones stored with us.

What isn't

  • Dreams kept without an account live only on your phone: removing the app removes them.
  • A subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Purchase records stay with Apple, Google and RevenueCat for as long as billing and tax law require.
  • Analytics events, which never contain your dreams, expire within 14 months.
