Who makes it
Oneiros is designed, built and supported by David Marinangeli, an independent developer based in Italy. There is no company behind it and no investors: when you write to support@oneirosjournal.app, David is the one who answers.
Why it exists
Dreams fade fast after waking. Oneiros is made to catch them in that window, out loud or in writing, and to keep them somewhere worth coming back to: each dream becomes a print in the colours of its mood, with a reading of what it may mean, and the app notices the people, places and feelings that return.
What the AI does, and what it doesn't
The reading of your own dream is written by Google's Gemini, from what you told the app. It is a reflection, not a diagnosis, and it never claims to know the future.

Your dreams stay yours
Without an account, your dreams stay on your phone. With an account, the content of each dream is encrypted on the phone before it is stored. Your dreams are not sold, and they are not used to train AI models. Deleting your account deletes everything that was kept. The privacy policy has the details.
