1. Agreement
By using Oneiros (“the App”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. On iPhone, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. What Oneiros is
Oneiros is a dream journal. You tell it your dreams by writing or speaking; it keeps them, writes a reading of each one with AI, links dreams that come back, and offers a tarot card to reflect on.
3. Readings are for reflection
- Readings, the dream thread and tarot cards are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not psychological, medical or legal advice, and they don't predict the future.
- AI can be wrong. We don't guarantee that a reading is accurate or complete, or that it will resonate with you.
- If a dream or a feeling worries you, talk to someone you trust or to a professional.
4. Your account
You can use Oneiros without an account; your dreams then stay on your phone. An account (Google, Apple or email) keeps them across devices.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; that deletes your data as described in the Privacy policy.
5. Your dreams are yours
- You own what you write and record.
- You let us store and process it only to provide the App: keeping your journal and writing your readings. How we do that is in the Privacy policy.
- Dreams can be about anything, including violence or sex; your journal is private and that's fine. Don't use the App to harm others, to break the law, or to attack, overload or copy the App.
6. Oneiros Pro and purchases
- Oneiros Pro is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price, the length and any free trial are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- Keys, moonstones and other in-app rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred.
7. Ending
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
8. Liability
The App is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damage from using it or from relying on a reading. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we update the date above and tell you in the App when the change matters. Using the App after a change means you accept it.
